Ways to pay your rent charge
You can pay your rent charge by Direct Debit, bank transfer, or over the phone.
Direct debit
Direct debit is the easiest way to pay your rent charge. You can choose to pay monthly, quarterly, or annually from your bank account.
To set it up, fill in our direct debit form and email it to publicopen.space@greensquareaccord.co.uk. Alternatively, you can call us on 07580 970975 or 07485 311276 and we'll set it up for you. You’ll just need your bank account and sort code details to hand.
Once your direct debit is set up, you don’t have to worry about missing a payment. We’ll always let you know in advance if your rent charge changes and your payments will change automatically.
Bank transfer
To pay your rent charge by internet banking please quote your 8 digit client reference number from your letter or the first line of your property address and make payment to:
